- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG,Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to TA Instruments - Waters, LLC., New Castle, DE, for a DTC-25 thermal conductivity meter, chiller, and equipment. TA Instruments is the sole proprietor of these products, with no other manufacturers. This equipment is needed to effect thermal conductivity results previously obtained, including the ability to analyze samples down to 0.1mm thick for microspheres loaded film. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3826. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be posted on the Natick web site. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
