- Professional After-Hours Answering Services 12 Month base with 4 option years. The deadline for submission of questions is 4/30/2012 4:00 PM PST. Questions received after that date will not be considered. Answers to follow. Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-12-T-0713 is issued. This proposed contract action is used for Naval Medical Center Utilization Department for professional after-hours and urgent care telephone answering services. This service is needed for after-hours and around the clock during all designated drills when clinics are required to be closed. During the term of this contract, the contractor shall provide, on behalf of the Government, telephone answering services for eligible prime patients enrolled in the San Diego area TRICARE Prime System. IAW FAR 5.207(c) (15) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-58. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
