- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the App-Techs Corporation for the following equipment: 1. EasyNVR Recording Server which includes: - Keyboard/Mouse Combo - Windows 7 Pro - Dedicated OS Drive - 4 GB Ram - 2 Live Drives - 4 TB HDD Archieve - Windows 7 Pro - 2 Gigabit ports - Health Utility Monitor (HUM) Quantity: 10 The government anticipates awarding a contract. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledge. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. The justification for other full and open competition will be posted in the FedbizOpps within fourteen days after contract award. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirement detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
