- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-11-T-0052 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers may be faxed to Becky Helton, FAX 812-854-4355 or e-mailed to becky.helton@navy.mil. All required information must be received on or before 4:30 PM local time. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a sole sourced requirement for a quantity of 12 (ea) Blade Antenna P/N 9D20900-1. Firm Fixed Prices are being solicited. This requirement is being issued as a sole source to NURAD Technologies, Inc 3310 Carlins Park Dr Baltimore MD 21215-7851. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS A LEVEL III DRAWING PACKAGE NEEDED FOR COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. THE REQUIRED ITEM(s) MUST BE IDENTICAL TO UNITS CURRENTLY BEING UTILIZED ON EXISTING EQUIPMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE NEGOTIATED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATUTORY AUTHORITY 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) AS IMPLEMENTED BY FAR 6.302-1. SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE IS HEREBY REMOVED PER FAR 6.302-1.
