- Description
- The purpose of this announcement is to advertise DLA's intention to add NSN: 2610-01-583-8803 to commercial contract SPM7LX-11-D-0142. This contract contains clause DLAD 52.216-9006 ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS. The scope of this contract included a group of ground tires identified only by the approved Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) code and part numbers. This NSN falls within that scope and there will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to contract with only approved manufacturers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This item will be procured in accordance with CAGE code and part number. The approved source is Michelin North America (12195) P/N: 15924. The estimated annual demand quantity is 37. The original procurement was a 2-year base with one 1-year option. The unit of issue is each. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
