This form must be used to access CCAFS on the date of the pre-proposal site visit. This form MUST be submitted to point of contact no later than the date stated in section L-101(b). SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral AFS, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation to replace HVAC at the Test Operations Facility (TOF) located at Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to replace the HVAC at the TOF. Period of performance is 210 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 238220/$14M. The estimated range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is 100% set aside to Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
