- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the procurement of a Switching Module, Part Number 173-02844-0001. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a limited basis with DIT-MCO International Corp., 5612 Brighton Ter., Kansas City, MO 64130-4599 Cage Code 19362, in which a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-12-T-0110 will be released O/A 7 May 2012, Closing date: O/A 21 May 2012. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ O/A 7 May 2012.
