- This is a noncompetitive Firm-Fixed-Priced service contract to the Washington State Police (WSP) to provide FY-12 Washington State Patrol National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) Radio Service and radio protocol training for US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District Park Rangers. This contract is expected to begin on or about 01 May, 2012 and end on or about 30 April, 2013. US Army Corps of Engineers (Seattle, WA) intends to issue an award to Washington State Police (WSP) for a sole-source requirement to provide FY-12 Washington State Patrol National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) Radio Service and radio protocol training for US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District Park Rangers. The NAICS code for this requirement is 922120. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of Award is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to darrell.s.resendez@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
