- Draft PWS & Appendix A, C through E - 29 Feb 12 Appendix B to Draft PWS - 1 May 12 Draft Pricing Structure/Schedule for KMC Custodial Services Market Research Questionnaire for KMC Custodial Services, Germany This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation or commitment by the Government. Market research is conducted to determine commerciality and the availability and capability of qualified businesses, and to obtain information as further stated in the "Market Research Questionnaire" enclosed to this notice for the following service: Provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custoidal services are performed through the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) in Germany, to include Ramstein Air Base, Einsiedlerhof, Vogelweh, and Kapaun Air Station, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Services Summary (SS). Minimum cleaning frequencies are established in Appendix A, entitled "Air Force Custodial Standards", cleaning levels and estimated square meters are established in Appendix B, entitled "Estimated Square Meters and Cleaning Level". Facility drawings of areas cleaned are in Appendix C, entitled "Floor Plans and Maps". All work performed by the contractor shall be consistent with the leading industry and/or commercial standard, applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, or as specified in the PWS. Enclosed to this notice, besides the questionnaire, is a draft PWS and its Appendices A, B, C, D and E, and a draft pricing structure/schedule.
