- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group Four, Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Norfolk, VA intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Ullman Dynamics LLC. Located in Virginia Beach, VA, CA. This requirement is to purchase and install the following items On board the NSW4's Sea lion I vessel: Item 0001: Cargo Rails 25MM ALU 20 Each Item 0002 Installation Service Item 0003 Cargo Fastening Hardware 5 Each Item 0004 Pistol Grip Handle Left 7 Each Item 0005 Pistol Grip Handle Right 7 Each Item 0006 Joystick/Trackball Adapter 4 Each Item 0007 part number: D1014100 Daytona W/Leather Upholstery X 7 Military Edition (No: D1014100) 7 Each Item 0008 part number: OJ0605 Lap Belt Air-Tech 7 Each Item 0009 part number: OA1002 Armrest GF 80 mm Left Item 0010 part number: OA1001 Armrest GF 80 mm Left Item 0011 part number OD1101 Daytona lateral slider 300mm 1 Each Item 0012 Daytona Swivel plate 2 Each Item 0013 Custom mounting plate center 1 Each Item 0014 Custom raising boxes 4" 7 Each Performance at Naval Special Warfare, Special Boat Team Twenty 2220 Schofield Road Bldg Virginia Beach, VA 23459 Only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy the agency requirement under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336360, Size Standard 500 Employee. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304( c ) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(b) (1). All responsible sources who feel they should be considered /qualified to provide the foregoing product may submit a written Statement of Capabilities. All questions shall be sent to the Contract Specialist, LaVern Whitfield, at (757) 763-4430 or email whitfield_a@nsweast.socom.mil. Not later than 2:00pm 05/09/2012. Information furnished shall include enough detailed documentation to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Daytona Seats must be installed on-board the NSW4's Sea lion Vessel and shall also be in compliance with all specifications of the vessel. This Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A Solicitation will NOT be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
