- Tech Manuel 1. This amendment iss issued to revise the required delivery date (RRD) to 09/01/20012 vice 08/01/2012. 2. Also the contract will be issued to the successful vendor who submits the lowest price and with acceptable technical evaluation. (Technical selection criterial will be based upon vendors responses as to supplying material based upon buyer supplied part numbers and vendors meeting the required delivery date of 09-01-2012). Past performance will be waived. 3. The closing date for submittal of quotes has been revised to read 05/02/2012, 1400 eastern standard time. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
