- RFQ update #3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ0001 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20110419. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 332999, size standard 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following service: 0001 Perform inspections on the CFRTF & LBTF, Ref. 1.1.1.1., 1.1.2.1. of PWS 0002 Perform winterization on the CFRTF, Ref. 1.1.1.7. of PWS 0003 Perform de-winterization on the CFRTF Ref. 1.1.1.8. of PWS 0004 Perform Service Calls, Ref. 1.2. of PWS 0005 Perform Service Calls, Ref. 1.2. of PWS, Contractor furnish all direct materials & markup _____% NTE(See Performance Work Statement for further Clarifications on all CLINS) The contractor shall fill out the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ to include the provisions at 52.212-3, Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. DELIVERY: All prices shall be FOB Dover AFB, Delaware. Wide Area Workflow is the Dept. of the Air Force's mandatory method of electronic invoicing. More information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best quote. The contractor shall submit their quote by 4 May 2012 at 5:00 PM EST to the contracting office by email in order to be considered for this Award. All Question can and will be answered during the Site Visit which is on 30 April 2012 at 10:00 AM EST.
