Description

NAICS Code: 511120- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Environmental Information (OEI) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order to Inside Washington Publishers LLC (IWP). The estimated value of this procurement is approximately $221,500.00. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Agency users with desktop access to InsideEPA and the Clean Energy Report for the most up to date information regarding the mission of protecting human health and safe guarding the natural environment. IWP is the only responsible source to provide this subscription because the rights to this information have not been released to any other publisher. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 511120. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA?s requirement as stated herein may submit a capability st atement, which if received within twelve (12) calendar days of the date of this announcement will be evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
