- The 375 th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a sole source requirement to Congressional Quarterly, by other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2). A subscription to Congressional Quarterly gives the USTC Commander and staff access to all defense-related hearing transcripts, reports, and legislation in a timely manner not provided by any other service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120. This is not considered a Request for Quote. Congressional Quarterly is the only known source for this requirement. The proposed sole source requirement will be for the period of 01 Aug 2012 through 31 Jul 2013. Responses must be received no later than May 10, 2012, 1200 EST.
