- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commerfcial items is hereby modified to extend the closing date and to provide clarificaition on proposal submission as outlined below: Closing Date change from 30 April 2012l, 4:30 PM to 4 May 2012, 4:30 PM. Vendor Clarification: All responsible Contractors shall fill out the Blanket Purchase Agreement Scope of Work and provide pricing for the listed Plasma Exchange Products listed at paragraph 3 of the combined Synopsis/Solicitation. In accordance with 52.212-2 - Evaluation contained within the announcement: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the contractor capable of meeting the following capability for the sal eof blood products. Contractor's proposal/offer shall address the below tehcnical criteria in their ability to meet the Government needs: a. Must be able to buy blood products more than once per month. b. Must be able to provide all supplies (boxes, labels, shipping material necessary to ship blood products). c. Must be able to provide best National market value price to the Government for blood products. d. Must be able to buy from the Government the following products: (1) 24-hour Frozen Recovered Plasma, (2) Liquid Recover3ed Plasma (Gendered Normal), (3) Liquid Recovered Plasma (Ungendered NOrmal), (4) Liquid Recovered Plasma (Poor Quality), (5) Outdated Red Cells, and (6) Platlet/Plasma Pheresis. All other terms and conditions remains unchanged.
