- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) located at the Rock Island Arsenal, IL would like to inform all interested parties that the Request For Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-12-R-0002 for the US Army Sustainment Command's (ASC) requirement in support of the 2nd Battalion 401st Army Field Support Brigade (2-401st AFSB) located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait has not been released yet.
