- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate through full and open competition after exclusion of sources via 100% Small Business Set-Aside, a firm fixed-price IDIQ contract with 2 Option years utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, for the procurement of BUSWORK “ 1 Kit and 3 Pieces. Assembly to be manufactured in accordance IAW NAVSEA Drawings, Statement of Work, and Specifications, are QA Level 3, with DD-1423 Data Requirements and DD-2345 Security Agreement. Instructions, specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-12-Q3032, shall be posted on or about 2 MAY 2012 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 335931 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004 ALT A, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
