- In accordance with FAR Part 13 and in conjunction with FAR Part 15, The US Army Contracting Command-APG- Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for the production of the Deployable Energy Efficient Rigid Walled Shelters (DEERWS). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is anticipating awarding multiple 5 year IDIQ contract(s) with a minimum dollar value of $5,000 per contract and a maximum dollar value of $49,000,000.00 combined from all contracting actions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, and the size standard is 500 employees. The Draft Performance Specification has been posted at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi under W911QY-12-R-0035 for review and comment by industry.
