- Applicable FAR CLAUSES. Full SOW. The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (Under FAR authority 6.302) to GeoEye Imagery Collection Systems, Inc., 2325 Dulles Corner Blvd, Herndon, VA 201714674 for the following: The contractor shall provide daily satellite-based information for the U.S. Coast Guard, integrating weather, surface currents, surface temperature and chlorophyll-a(plankton) along with fishing recommendations provided by their in-house oceanographers. (Please see attached S.O.W. for full details). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 28 SEP 2012 Thur 27 SEP 2013 The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received by the close date with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with GeoEye Imagery Collection System. Inc. Responses shall be in written form, via email or fax. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
