As of this amendment all proposals are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME on May 11, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. All Offeror submitted questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps by 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on April 27, 2012.
