Description
A solicitation will be issued for End Item: F110-GE-129, NSN: 2840-01-339-2176 Shroud Segment, Turb, IQC12068009037. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Government First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The required delivery is 90 days ARO for FAT samples and 299 days after FAT approval for production units. This is an Air Force identified Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336412. This is a SDVOSB set-aside, full and open after exclusions of sources procedures. Only offers from service disabled veteran concerns will be considered, potential sources: 51992. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 672 each. Surge requirements do not apply. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) apply. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
