- RFQ document The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is located in Washington, DC. The BEP manufactures US Currency Bank Notes. The BEP currently has a requirement for the following (see attached PDF file and below). This is a 100% set aside for a HUBZone. All vendors shall be registered as a HUBZone per the CCR system. This is a FAR part 12 acquisition. This is a fixed price type contract. The period of performance is 12 months. (1) 1 Each EA. Annual Support, 24x7 Gold, Quantum Scalar i2000 Library w/700 slots Z1. (2) 6 Each (EA). Annual Support. 24x7 Gold, Quantum Scalar i2000 LTO-4 Tape Drive. All responses are due on or before Monday April 30th at 11 AM EST.
