- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information to this RFI survey is purely voluntary. Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred associated to this request for capability information. The General Services Administration, is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified SBA 8(a) certified firms ONLY to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide management, operations and maintenance and janitorial related services. Work will be performed at Sam Nunn Federal Center. 61 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 with the size standard of $35.5M. This requirement is currently in the 8(a) Program. Submission Instructions: Interested 8(a) parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this RFI. Please provide the following information: (1) A complete and current record of your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which includes CAGE Code, DUNS number, Organization name, address, contact name, email address, Web site address, telephone number, type of organization, etc; (2) A capability statement supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Responses must be received via e-mail no later than 4 May 2012 by 5:00 pm EST. All responses should be e-mailed to Vincent.d.butler@gsa.gov.
