- Modification: In accordance with FAR 19.502-2 our need for Sanitation Cans is being re-solicitated until May 10, 2012 10AM EST. The 100% set-aside for small business concerns is removed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N3CE2068A002 (Sanitation Cans). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562998, The 439th Airlift Wing requires sanitation cans at Westover Air Reserve Base. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to deliver and service and remove the sanitation cans at Westover Air Reserve Base. A detail of services required is in the attached Statemet of Work. 185 Standard Units w/Hand Sanitiser 35 Handicapped Unit w/Hand Sanitizer 1 VIP Trailer Unit w/Hand Sanitizer 1 Service Technician A detail of services inlcuded in Statement of Work All proposals will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will run from 3 August 2012 to and include 5 August 2012. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (EST) on Tuesday April 24, 2012, to the 439th Contracting Flight, ATTN: Services and Supplies Branch, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA, 01022, or by E-mail to daniel.george.6@us.af.mil and richard.belford.1@us.af.mil.
