- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Trimech Solutions, LLC, 4461 Cox Road, Ste 302, Glen Allen, VA 23060 the quantity of one (1), Fortus 250mc System, one (1) Water Solution Tank for RP machines, one (1) cart with storage, two (2) 340-00300, plastic modeling base, 10x10 in., two (2) 300-00600, soluble concentrate (case of 12), seven (7) 340-21202 black-ABS Plus model cartridge, two (2) 340-21208 Olive green P430 material, six (6) 340-30500-SR-30 support cartridge, two and a half (2.5) Insight software training for 3 people for 2 days, machine training for 3 people for ½ day, one (1) miscellaneous hardware for Fortus 250mc. The introduction of any other similar system by any other manufacturer for these items is not considered to be in the best interest of the Government with regard to configuration, performance and cost. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offeror may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 05/04/12, no later than 10:00 a.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 05/15/2012.
