- Clauses and Provisions The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for: ITEM 0001: (1) RS-232 CONVERTER ITEM 0002: (1) RECORDING STATION IP VIDEO MANAGEMENT ITEM 0003: (1) KVM CONSOLE SWITCH ITEM 0004: (1) STAND FOR LCD32 ITEM 0005: (1) TILTING FLAT PANEL MOUNT ITEM 0006: (2) 22 INCH LCD ITEM 0007: (4) SINGLE CHANNEL ETHERNET OVER COAX ITEM 0008: (2) 600 SERIES PTZ 28X DAY/NIGHT ITEM 0009: (2) ON-SITE INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT ITEM 0010: (1) ON-SITE TRAINING SUPPORT ITEM 0011: (1) CORD PROTECTOR ITEM 0012: (1) POWER STRIP ITEM 0013: (1) PARAGON DUAL EIGHT PEDESTAL ITEM 0014: (1) DUAL HEIGHT PEDESTAL HOUSTING ITEM 0015: (1) SINGLE ARM GOOSENECT PEDESTAL POST FOR AUTO AND PEDESTRIANS ITEM 0016: (1) GANG BOX FOR APM1 ITEM 0017: (100) CONDUIT ITEM 0018: (20) WIRE MOLD ITEM 0019: (1) LIFT RENTAL ITEM 0020: (1) MISCELLANEOUS MATERIALS - (EMT/FLEX, BOX FITTINGS, BOX TAMPERS, ETC) The Government intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a Sole Source basis to ADT Security Services, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ADT Secruity Services, Inc is the sole proprietary provider of the Electronc Access Control System and components installed with the DEA Facility. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaulation will be based on best value. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to Jacelyn.E.Stanton@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is May 3, 2012 at 12:00PM EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is May 14, 2012 at 12:00PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
