- For clarification purposes: The closing date to submit quotes is 27 April 2012. __________________________________________________________________________ The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Divisions intends to solicit competitive quotes from qualified small businesses to provide fabricated and assembled aluminum cabinets/lockers for use in stowage of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). The lockers will be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA drawings and Statement of Work. The successful offeror will be required to delivery four locker fabrications. The lockers will be dimensioned in accordance with NSWC PCD drawing numbers: 7246022, 7246023, 7246002, & 7246001. These drawings have limited distribution to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors. The solicitation shall be UNCLASSIFIED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for modified commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with a request for quote included with this notice. Requests for the drawings must be submitted via e-mail to Contract Specialist Courtney Henslee at Courtney.henslee@navy.mil. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and must have the corresponding Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.209-7001 & 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Record. Note: The appropriate drawings will not be made available unless requested by email. The deadline to request the documents is no later than 7 days after issuance of the Request for Proposal. Requests must contain the vendor ™s Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active Central Contractor ™s Registration (CCR) record and must have the corresponding Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.209-7001 & 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Record. Delivery shall be FOB Destination forty-five (45) days from date of the order, delivered to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32407. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The order will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The closing date to submit quotes is 27 April 2012.
