- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The USPFO for MICHIGAN will launch the solicitation on FedBizOpps with the FBO web address. This solicitation will require DIGITAL MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICES photocopier lease, services, and supplies based on a firm fixed price (cost per copy) charge. Contractor furnished services and supplies will be provided on an indefinite quantity basis with delivery to various locations for the Michigan Army National Guard. The estimated number of black and white annual orders is totaling a minimum of 100,000 copies and a maximum of 7,700,000 copies. The estimated number of colored annual orders is totaling a minimum of 1,000 copies and a maximum of 150,000 copies. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. First requirement is the leasing of the multi-function devices. Second is the major duties and responsibilities are to provide copier maintenance services on a cost per copy basis. The US Government will supply paper only, the cost per copy price shall include: the usage charges of the proposed copier; insurance; all necessary consumables, including but not limited to toner, developer kits, fuser oil, unlimited repair services (emergency repairs and preventive maintenance) during the normal business hours set forth in the RFQ; and training of at least one (key) operator for each copier. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered but electronic submissions will not be accepted. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the mid or latter part of May. This solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. Note: Please reference the RFQ for the actual response due date.
