- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract: The Army Contracting Command, National Capital Region Contracting Center, on behalf of the The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, Limited sources justification and approval. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, CCH Incorporated Wolters Kluver Law and Business, 4025 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago, IL 60646-6085. This award is to provide for the renewal of a yearly subscription of the Board of Contract Appeals Decisions, a case reporter that publishes the full text of decisions rendered by the ASBCA and other boards of contract appeals. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 1 year commencing on 1 July 2012 and ending on 30 June 2013. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511120 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
