- Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed to Prepare and Maintain the Carter Barron Amphitheatre Truss for the 2012 Summer Concert Season and disassemble the truss at the end of the 2012 Summer Concert Season with a option of 4 years. The estimated magnitude of this project for the base year is under $30,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.502-2 Total small business set-asides, the government shall set-aside all procurement with a dollar threshold under $150,000 for small business concerns. This procurement is a 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having $7 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last three years. If your company's sales of $7 million or less, your company is considered small business under this procurement.
