- US Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) has a requirement for two enclosed cargo trailers, one delivered to Cheyenne, WY and one to Phoenix, AZ. Detailed specifications will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 336212 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes/RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about April 16, 2012 at the following site: https://www.fbo.gov. Quotes may be e-mailed or submitted electronically as indicated in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register for CCR at www.ccr.gov and register for ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov/. A DUNS number is required for CCR registration.
