- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office is requesting Price Quotes for North Sandoval Landscape Hazardous Fuels Reduction and Forest Improvement Project(Greasy Hydromow Treatment Unit) on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation in Southwestern Colorado, Ignacio, Colorado. Included in the solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision during the project. This is a Small Business Local Area Set-aside. The local area set aside is defined and limited to contractors within the state of Colorado. The Statement of Work, Wage Determination for the Service Contract Act Compliance and Clauses/Provisions are incorporated into the Solicitation. Interested contractors shall submit in their package a signed SF-18 pages 1 and 2 which is attached to this solicitation, along with telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, if applicable. Selection will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract shall be bid on a per job basis, not by the acre. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. Contractors registration in the Central Contractor Registration data base must be active by the close of acceptance for price quotes. NAICS: 113110 The estimated price range is at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $150,000.00. Contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a price quote and may schedule an appointment by calling Jesse Ramirez, Forester at 970-563-4571 or 4572 or Ken Van Zee at 970-563-4571 or email to jesse.ramirez@bia.gov and ken.vanzee@bia.gov.
