- Please see attached Word Doc for complete description. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one (1) National Stock Number in the 8040 Federal Supply Class. This NSN is part of GSA's Special Order Program (SOP) All orders will be FOB Origin for direct delivery to various locations. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
