- Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit: 168th Air National Guard Operations Building, Building 3129 2657 Wabash Avenue, Eielson AFB, AK 99702 Date: June 21, 2012 Time: 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will be to address questions regarding the solicitation and tour the facilities. We urge all prospective offerors to attend this conference. Attendee Registration Requirements - Please provide the full name (Last, First, MI), Social Security Number and Driver's License Number w/ State of Issuance of all attendees via email to: Gordon.Braxton@dla.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. local Fort Belvoir, VA time on May 8, 2012. This information must be provided in order to access the military base/conference site and to ensure that adequate seating is available for conference attendees. Please hold all questions until after the solicitation posts.
