- NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS The 410th CSB RCO GTMO intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Stenograph LLC, 596 W Lamont Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126-1022, for the purchase of Stenograph Equipment. Stenograph, LLC is the only known source for the Diamante Stenograph Machine and supplies for the equipment. DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENT: The requirement includes the following: ITEM 001: Diamante Stenograph Machine (Blue) installed Wide DZ and Wide Asterisk - QTY: 4 EA ITEM 002: Diamante Stenograph Machine (Gray) installed STD key top - QTY: 3 EA ITEM 003: Audiosync Starter Kit - QTY: 7 EA ITEM 004: Secure Digital HC Card 4 GB - QTY: 14 EA ITEM 005: Kit Audio Foot Pedal - QTY: 7 EA ITEM 006: Surge Protector 3-outlet w/USB - QTY: 7 EA ITEM 007: Case CATalyst Software - QTY: 7 EA ITEM 008: Yearly 24/7 Tech Support - QTY: 7 EA This purchase will be made under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting a capability statement. However, all capability statements received within 3 days after date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used.
