- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency for Roof Replacements at the US EPA, National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory, Western Ecology Division, Corvallis, OR. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory (NHEERL), Western Ecology Division (WED), located at 200 SW 35th Street, Corvallis, OR 97333 has a requirement for roof replacements on several buildings throughout the complex. The applicable NAICS code is 238160, Roofing Contractors; the size standard is $14.0M dollars. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be issued with an anticipated performance period of four months from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is under $85,000.00. Contract award will be made using best value methodology. This is a total small business set-aside. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system in order to be eligible for contract award. See the website www.ccr.gov for information about registration. It is anticipated that the complete solicitation will be posted on or about April 16, 2012 on the World Wide Web (www.epa.gov).
