This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide Confocal Equipment manufactured by Pentax Medical for delivery to the VA Boston Healthcare System. In particular, the following equipment will be sourced in the near future: 1.EG-3870CIK CONFOCAL ENDOMICROSCOPY VIDEO GASTROSCOPE; 2.8mm CHANNEL ; 12.8mm TUBE DIAMETER; 1050mm LENTH; 130 DEGREE/130 DEGREE U/D; 120 DEGREE/120 DEGREE R/L; 140 DEGREE VIEW - 1 each 2.EC-3870CILK CONFOCAL ENDOMICROSCOPY VIDEO COLONOSCOPE; 2.8mm CHANNEL; 12.8mm TUBE DIAMETER; 1700mm LENGTH; 130 DEGREE/130 DEGREE U/D; 120 DEGREE/120 DEGREE R/L; 140 DEGREE VIEW - 1 each 3.ISC-1000 CONFOCAL ENDOMICROSCOPY OPTICAL SYSTEM, INCLUDING: ISC-OU1000 CONFOCAL PTICAL UNIT; ISC-CU-1000 CONFOCAL CONTROL UNIT; ViewSonic G90F+ TOUCH SCREEN MONITOR; ISB-100M ISOLATION TRANSFORMER; FOOTSWITCH; INTRODUCTORY TRAINING The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, veteran owned small business or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing (size standard of 500 employees or less). Consistent with VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include at a minimum: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), and business classification.
