- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a services requirement for 1 Gb Broadband Unlimited Premium Commercial Internet service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 517110 ( Wired Telecommunications Carriers) with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The contract will be a single award, unrestricted, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current according to http://farsite.hill.af.mil and the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: CLIN 0001 - Base Year: 1 Gb Broadband Unlimited Premium Commercial Internet QTY: 12 Months (15 May 2012 - 14 May 2013) CLIN 1001 - Option Year 1: 1 Gb Broadband Unlimited Premium Commercial Internet QTY: 12 Months (15 May 2013 - 14 May 2014) CLIN 2001 - Option Year 2: 1 Gb Broadband Unlimited Premium Commercial Internet QTY: 12 Months (15 May 2014 - 14 May 2015) FOB: Destination for service in Southwest Asia CLAUSES INCORPORTATED BY REFERENCE: FAR 52.202-1: Definitions FAR 52.203-5: Covenant against Contingent Fees FAR 52.203-7: Anti-Kickback FAR 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items FAR 52.217-5: Evaluation of Options FAR 52.217-8: Option to Extend Services FAR 52.247-34: FOB Destination DFARS 252.233-7001: Choice of Law (Overseas) AFFARS 2352.223-9000: Elimination of Use of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT: FAR 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to include technical specification. Offeror shall submit offers to 380 ECONS/LGCA, Attn: 2d LT Dorethas Bracey not later than 30 April 2012 at 12:00pm GST. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with RFQ number F3UUAD2097A004. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and technical acceptability. When combined, price and technical acceptability are approximately equal.
