- AAFEA Conference Workshop - National Annual Training: for African American Office of Acquisition Operations (OAO) employees to promote career-enhancing opportunities for Senior Executive Service (SES)positions. POP: April 30, 2012 through May 2, 2012 The OAO has a requirement for their employees to partake in a three-day training workshop that will focus on the programs, policies, practices, and processes that promote career-enhancing opportunities, core subjects critical for becoming a member of the SES, and issues that current members of the SES may encounter. This professional development training is an initiative to promote African Americans within senior ranks of the United States Government.
