- Product Information Solicitation Solicitation N00421-12-T-0286 is issued as a synopsis/request for quotations. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competite basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business, under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via email to the attention of the Contracting POC; all email proposals much reach the Contracting POC by the closing date and time of Friday, May 4, 2012 by 5 PM (Eastern). Award is expected on or by May 8, 2012. Used, pre-owned or refurbished items will not be accepted; quote all or none. Provide product specifications for quoted items and include part numbers.
