- PR# 00284228084, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 05-09-12/CLOSING DATE 06-11-12 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 91 each for stock of NSN 1670-00-086-7780, Pack, Personnel Parachute, Troop Back. Item Description is in accordance with US Army Natick Soldier Center, Cage 81337, P/N 62J4342; Drawing 62J4342 REV "R" and applicable supports. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. There is a First Article Test requirement as well as a Production Lot Test requirement for this NSN. This item is also Export Controlled. Contractors must by JCP certified to receive an award. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 204 each ship to Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA 95304. PRLI0002, QTY 4,852 each ship to Defense Depot Susquehanna, PA 17070 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 794 days ARO (including FAT, PLT, and Evaluation) or best attainable. There is a Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
