- This is notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicits a proposals and enter into a contract with Eurofins MWG Operon, Inc. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICS code for this 541711. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website: http://www/ccr/gov/. In order to register with the CCR and to be elligible to receive and award from this acquisition office, all offerors must had a Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received with 15 days from this posting. Written responses to this shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
