- N00164-12-T-0051 - BOOT ASSEMBLY - FSG 5845 - NAICS 335999 Issue Date 24 APR 2012 - Closing Date 09 MAY 2012 - Time 4:00 PM EST This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Quanity 545 TR-343 Sonar Transducer Boot Assemblies. The Government does possess a Technical Drawing Package (TDP) for this procurement that is available on a restrictive basis only. To Request a TDP: Contractors must be properly registered in the Government Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive The TDP for this procurement. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration And annual confirmation requirements by callling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. Once request is approved, the attachments will then be sent to you electronically. Evaluation Criteria: Selection for award will be based on following factors in descending order of Importance: Past Performance Price This is a Brand Name only Solicitation to: Crouse-Hinds Molded Products, 4758 Washington Street, LaGrange, NC. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquistion Procedures. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-12-T-0051; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
