- This notice has been updated as of April 24, 2012. This update is to thank all of the vendors that have participated in our RFI, Industry Day, and Phase 1 Pre-solicitation Notice. Based on the information gathered, the Government is reassessing its anticipated acquisition strategy. Thus, this FedBizOpps Special Notice under Solicitation Number SD2RADIDIQ shall be closed and archived. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires software requirements, architectural design, software design, and software development services in accordance with the Systems Development Division's (SDD) solution needs under a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle (SDD IDIQ). New Information as of February 2, 2012: The White Paper Response due date has been extended to February 7,2012. This update consists soley of uploading the Government's responses to Vendor questions received since the last update on January 25, 2012 and prior to the question cutoff date of January 31, 2012. Attachment Name: Additional Vendor Questions Regarding Phase 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice/White Paper Request New Information as of January 25, 2012: Revision 1 Phase 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice / White Paper Response The revised Phase 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice / White Paper Response has been attached to this updated notice. Please read the document in its entirety. The revised Statement of Work and revised Vendor Requirements Spreadsheet are described and listed as attachments within the Pre-Solicitation Notice. Other documents have also been attached to this update. They are the Vendor Questions about White Papers and the SOW reference documents. In addition to the Pre-Solicitation Phase 1 documents, we are requesting the completion of our Industry Day feedback survey questions. The feedback survey is attached and labeled - SDD IDIQ Industry Day Participant Survey. The feedback survey should be submitted as an attachment within the White Paper response email, and the survey should be labeled as SDD IDIQ Industry Day Participant Survey.
