- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a commodities requirement for industrial fans.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333412 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3564. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current accoring to Http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: This is and Brand name or equal requirement. 1. Yellow Jacket Fan 0026086-12801 or equal- must operate with minimum noise- sound level must be less than 43.5 DB at full speed; must operate on 115v single phase; must include 6ea (002104-128) Yellow Jacket I-beam brackets and 6ea (002040-01201) Yellow Jacket wall mount brackets in the price of fan QTY: 12ea 2. Yellow Jacket 002106 remotely mounted speed control or equal QTY: 12ea 3. Turn-Key Installation - 6 fans will be installed in bld 90029 and 6 fans in bld 90032 Hurlburt Field FL 32544 QTY: 12ea 4. AG Yellow 8ft Airgo Fan or equal- 115v single phase plug in wall connection QTY: 4ea. FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 CLAUSES INCORPORTATED BY REFERENCE: FAR 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items FAR 52.247-34: F.O.B.
