- Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines, FL intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) for Grounds Services at Lee County OPC Center located at: 2489 Diplomat Pkwy East, Cape Coral, FL 33909; for the performance period of 01 June 2012 to 31 May 2013 with three (3) one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 2, 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will not be accepted. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. If a Site Visit is to be held, the information will be posted with the Solicitation.
