- GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" ONE year (1 yrs) Standing Price Quote SPQ for 1 National Stock Number (NSNs) in the FSC 8010. The SPQ will begin on the date of award and will not exceed a 12 month period. Deliveries are expected to be made to the depot in French Camp, CA. Direct Delivery orders may occur under subject SPQ. ORDERS GOING TO DISTRIBUTION CENTER AT BURLINGTON, NJ, WILL NOT BE AWARDED UNDER SUBJECT SOLICITATION. The same FOB Destination price must be utilized for deliveries to French Camp, CA distribution center and the direct delivery orders to a specific end user. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, stock orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price, minimum order quantities and/or delivery.
