- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPIS ONLY for Independent Consultant Services opportunities with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a federal corporation. This is not a solicitation announcement; thus, this synopsis does not solicit proposals and not contract will be awarded based on this synopsis alone. However, this synopsis is a market research tool, which will enable the Millennium Challenge Corporation to gain knowledge of potential qualified individuals to fill a need. Only responses for INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUESTED and all inquiries and responses from MANAGEMENT AND/OR STAFFING FFIRMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This announcement is an Independent Contractor to perform consultancy services and is not for individuals seeking employment directly with MCC.
