- This Sources Sought/RFI is released pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry. The Naval Weapons System Support (NAVSUP WSS) and the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) are issuing this combination Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information. The objective of this Sources Sought / RFI notice is to gain information from industry with regard to the technical requirements of the PWS and to facilitate the NAVSUP Contracting Officer ™s review of the market base required for acquisition planning / size determination (unrestricted vs. set-aside). This Sources Sought provides an opportunity for respondents to submit their technical questions / comments to the PWS and to submit their availability and potential to fulfill the Navy requirement related to this request in the form of a capability package. Information is sought on industry best practices, vendor technical questions, capabilities and company profile information. Technical support is required for the telephone-switching and outside cable plant networks that are in place, being installed, and / or future installations to promote efficient and effective operations of the voice / data networking at GTMO. The contractor shall provide customer or end-user support for system problems, database entries, and troubleshooting and repair of switching equipment and network connections. Further details are described in the attached Sources Sought Notice and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
