- SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561730 size standard of $7 Million. Estimated cost of services is between $25,000 - $100,000. The work proposed at this time consists reclamation of old fields and maintenance of existing fields at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tioga-Hammond & Cowanesque Lakes Project (Corps) which is located in Tioga County, PA just south of the New York State line off of Route15 between Mansfield, PA and Lawrenceville, PA Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to christopher.tanks@usace.army.mil No later than Friday April 27, 2012 4:00 PM EST. Bids not proposals can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 7000 ATTN: Christopher Tanks, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 24 April 2102, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
